Minerva Craft Blogger Network: Butterick Patterns by Gertie - B6285 Wrap Top

9/17/2017

Hi pinups! I'm full steam ahead with my Autumn sewing plans (which you can see in my latest Sew & Tell video ), and I'm kicking off the chilly sewing season with a cosy, retro wrap top for the Minerva Craft Blogger Network. It's no secret that I love pretty much of all of Gertie's patterns. I've wanted this one for a while and I love sewing with jersey so I'm really glad I've finally got around to sewing it.

Sewing Summary:
Notions: None.
Sewing time: An hour or two.
Modifications: None.
Fit: Great!
Difficulty: Very simple.
Watch out for: Make sure you use a jersey needle and the right stitches.
Make Again?: I think I'll be making this top again very soon!

You can also see this top in action in my TOP 5 Jersey Sewing Patterns video below...
